Bachelor of science in instrumentation and control engineering is available
in faculty of Engineering and technology.This program involves
the study of how measuring instruments are used to monitor
and control processes in laboratory and in industries.
Program requirements
- Applicants must have scored a C+ in KCSE with the minimum cut-off points for the year
as determined from any one of the following four cluster subjects:
(a)Chemistry,maths,physics and biology or either group three,four and five subjects
(b)Biological sciences,maths, physical sciences,and biology or either group three,four and five
subjects.
Students holding other qualifications equivalent to KCSE may be considered for admission.
Holders of diplomas in engineering disciplines may be admitted as long as they have attained
a credit pass.
Graduation requirements
- Applicants shall be required to take and pass all scheduled course within
the stipulated period.
Course duration
- The course takes four years
