Requirements:-
K.C.S.E. Applicants or Equivalent: Mean Grade C+ with a minimum of grade C+ in the following subject clusters:
Cluster 1: Mathematics

Cluster II: English or Kiswahili

Cluster III: Physics or Chemistry or Biology or Accounts or Commerce or Economics

Cluster IV: Geography or Agriculture or History or Building Construction or Drawing and Design or Woodwork;



(b) KACE (‘A’ Level) Applicants or Equivalent: Two Principal Passes in any one of the following subjects: Economics, History, Geography, Commerce, or any other relevant subject, and a credit pass in the English language and Mathematics at KCE level or equivalent.

(c) Diploma Holders: Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC) Diploma or its equivalent in: Building Construction, Architectural Studies, Land Surveying and Civil Engineering; or Diploma in Estate Agency and Property Management from University of Nairobi or any other institution of higher learning recognized by the University of Nairobi Senate.

(d) Degree Holders: A holder of a University degree or its equivalent from a recognized University in the following areas: Architecture, Engineering, Design, Economics, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Commerce, Building Economics and Planning.
Admission requirements
-Interested students are required
to be holding any of the qualifications
below:
(a)A minimum of C+ in KCSE with C+
in the following subjects:
(i)English or kiswahili
(ii)Maths
(iii)Accounts or Economics or Commerce or
Biology or Chemistry or Physics
(iv)Drawing and design or Building Construction
or Woodwork or History or Geography or Agriculture
(v)Accounts or biology or chemistry or physics or Economics or commerce

(b)At least two principal passes in any one
of the following subjects below at "A" level:
(i)Geography
(ii)Economics
(iii)History
(iv)Commerce
In addition,they must have obtained
a credit pass maths and English language at
KCE level.

(c)A diploma in relevant discipline from
either the University of Nairobi or any other
reputable institute of higher learning

(d)A bachelor's degree in any one of
the disciplines below:
(i)Construction Management
(ii)Quantity Surveying
(iii)Economics
(iv)Design
(v)Architecture
(vi)Engineering
(vii)Building Economics and Planning
(viii)Commerce

Kenya Certificate of Secondary Examination (KCSE) with a minimum aggregate of B- (minus) and C+ (plus) as the minimum grade in the following cluster subjects: Alternative A (English or Kiswahili, Mathematics, Physics, Geography or Building, Construction or Drawing, Design or Economics or Commerce or Accounting; OR Alternative B (English or Kiswahili, Mathematics, Physical Science, Geography/Building, Design or Economics or Construction or Drawing, Commerce or Accounting. A holder of a Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology Diploma (or equivalent qualification) in a relevant discipline, with credit or distinction may be considered.

-A KACE certificate with a credit pass in maths and English at KCE and two principle passes or a diploma or a degree in a similar field from a reputable institution.
