develop models for their organisation. (6 Marks )
i) Describe the features that CASE tools provide which could aid Ken Bakers’s systems
development.

a) An airline has plans to introduce a software system that schedules aeroplane maintenance and
reassigns aircraft when emergency maintenance has to take place. It has been suggested that, to
save money, the system should require no human intervention.

c) Identify THREE stakeholders that would need to be consulted. Briefly justify EACH of your

a) Using examples explain three logical constructs of Structured English (9 Marks)
