Grusha and Natella's case of determining who the real mother of the child is is the one of the most critical cases judge Adzak has ever adjudicated. In his verdict,he rules out that the child to be handed over to Grusha because she has motherly instincts with her.Following this case Adzak makes a very important decision which he knows that not very many people will pay attention to.
Instead of divorcing the old couple whose case is before him,Adzak makes a very important mistake.He divorced Grusha from Jussup,a man she did not marry willingly.This divorce is so important that it leaves her free to look for and marry Simon Shashava.
