(a) Discuss any 3 such contributions and share the deviation from general Management.
(b) Fragmented industries are found in many areas of an economy, whether UK, USA or
Kenya. Discuss the most common areas that are involved in such industries. (25 marks)

QUESTION THREE
Incremental patterns of strategy development are common in organizations, and Managers see
advantages in this. However there are also risks of strategic drift. How might such drift be
avoided while retaining the benefits of incremental strategy development. (Discuss referring to
recommended readings).
