SECTION A: Compulsory

1. Discuss how investments in physical infrastructures including roads, provision of electricity and installation of irrigation facilities will promote development in the Kenya agricultural sector. (20mks)

2. Compare the Millenium Development Goals (MDGs) and the Kenya vision 2030 as the latest initiatives to accelerate development. Critically evaluate the extent to which Kenya has sustained the realization of the MDGs and discuss the hindrances to its speedy attainment. (20mks)
