plus a post graduate diploma in counseling or
education from a recognized institution with a credit
pass.

(ii)Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with at least
upper second.

(iii)A bachelor's degree,with at least lower second from
a recognized institution plus at least two years working
experience in a clinical setting.

Master of arts counseling psychology is
available in school of human and social sciences.
On taking this program, students are equipped
with advanced skills counseling where the matter
becomes complex.

Course requirements
- A minimum of a degree in counseling psychology
from a reputable institution with a minimum cumulative
gross grade point of 2.75 on a 4.00, or a ordinary degree
with first class honours or upper class honours. Applicants
with a grade point average of 2.5 or lower second class honours with
a higher diploma may also be considered if the diploma or degree is relevant
to the field of study and applicants have relevant experience.

Entry requirements
- Hold at least upper second class degree
in counseling psychology or
holder at least lower second class Bachelor of Commerce degree or its equivalent from a recognized university with proven ability in research.
