Admission Requirements:-

The common regulations for all Masters' degrees in the University shall apply.

i) The common regulations for all Masters' degrees in the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences shall apply;

ii) Candidates must hold at least an Upper Second Class Honours B.A or BEd (Arts) of Egerton University with specialization in English and General Linguistics;

iii) Holders of at least an Upper Second Class Honours in an undergraduate degree with specialization in English, or General Linguistics and English from other recognized institutions are also eligible.

(a) Second Class Honours Upper Division in the Bachelors Degree from a recognized University OR

(b) Second Class Honours Lower Division in the Bachelors Degree from a recognized University with a minimum two years work experience.
