a) Briefly explain the following terms:

c) Write HTML code to format a web page that has the following specifications:
i. Background image is “picture 1. Gif” with red color of text of an active link.
ii. The web page has marquee that scrolls in the right direction alternating with
the message: “This exam is great”.
iii. Make an image “Picture 1. Gif” a link to another web page named
“exams.html” and allow visitors who cannot see the image “picture 1. gif” to
see a text version.
