two of you on a tray.
(i) a two course lunch
(ii) a nutritious drink
INSTRUCTION TO CANDIDATES
Read the test carefully and proceed in the following order:-
a) Write down a draft recipe to guide you as you work and organize your
work. Recipe books are allowed at this stage. You are advised not to take more
than 30 minutes to organize your work.
b) Proceed and prepare, cook and present the meal on a tray
At the end of the examination, the question paper and the draft recipe should be
handed over to the examiner.
