_ Text books and recipes may be used during the planning session as reference materials.
_ You will be expected to keep to your order of work during the practical session.
_ You are only allowed to take away your reference materials at the end of the planning session.
_ You are not allowed to bring additional notes to the practical session.

Your class is on a field to Mombasa.
Using the ingredients listed below; prepare, cook and pack two food items to be eaten while on the
journey for you and a friend.
Include a refreshing beverage.

_ Bread/Wheat flour
_ Eggs/Sausages
_ Cooking fat/ oil
_ Salt
_ Sugar
_ Tomatoes
_ Oranges/Passion fruits/mangoes.
PLANNING SESSION - 30 MINUTES
Use separate sheets of paper for each task listed below and a carbon paper to make duplicate copies.
Then proceed as follows.
