Your are planning your younger brother’s birthday party. Using the ingredients listed below, prepare and
serve two snacks and a drink for the guests. One item has to be fried and the other baked.

- Oil
- Milk
- Sugar
- Fruit in season
PLANNING SESSION
Use separate sheets of paper for each task listed below and use carbon paper to make duplicate copies
then proceed as follows:-
1. Identify the food items and write down their recipes
2. Write down your order of the work.
3. Make a list of the foodstuffs, materials and equipments you will require.
