Question 1 – 30 marks

British Sociologists and American Organization theorists were the first to argue that organizations
structure and design should be based on the changing conditions it faces in the environment. Write
short paragraphs on the effects of the three (3) listed environmental changes on organization
structure and design with reference to Kenyan organizations.
