'Where a policy is cancelled before the accident by consent of the parties, the insurer is not liable provided certain conditions are met'. Discuss this statement with specific reference to the conditions to be met. (10 marks)

Discuss the objectives to be achieved by introduction of COMESA Yellow Card in motor insurance within the region. (10 marks)
