Mwanakombo is a married lady with two wonderful children. This year to enroll in TUM. After going through the HIV class, she took the initiative to visit a VCT together with her husband. She tested HIV positive which her spouse tested negative.

a) Explain any FIVE factors that contribute to HIV discordance among married couple. (5 marks)
b) Describe FIVE biological factors that increase the risk of HIV infection in women. (5 marks)
c) Explain FIVE barriers that hinder the utilization of female condoms. (5 marks)
D) Outline FIVE ways in which she can protect her husband from HIV while he continues to enjoy his conjugal rights. (5 marks)
