Victoria made her first will in 2002. In 2007 she made a new will. Both wills contain a clause which reads: ā€œI revoke all former wills and testamentary dispositionsā€. Each appointed her brother Kamau the executor and deposits with him the will for safe keeping. In 2008 Victoria who was at the time staying with another sister in U.S.A wrote to Kamau instructing him to destroy the 2007 will but to be sure to retain the 2002 will. By mistake Kamau burnt both wills.Victoria died in a plane crash on her way back from U.S.A.
Discuss the matter indicating whether either or both of the wills can be admitted to probate.
