Masomo, a regular customer at ABC Supplies, has seen a cupboard marked 'For Sale' at ABC Supplies premises on 6th September 2017. He speaks to Vera, the shop's owner and negotiates to pay the cupboard's price within fourteen(14)days of that date. Vera allows him to take the cupboard to his house on the same day after he signs an agreement.
Masomo enjoys the use of the cupboard but forgets to pay for it until he receives a call from Vera on 22nd September 2017. He promises to pay for the cupboard by 30th September 2017.After various attempts to reach him, Vera sends her employee to Masomo's house to demand the return of the cupboard on 6th October 2017. Her employee asks Masomo to return the cupboard but finds that the cupboard has been re-painted black whereas it had been painted brown at the time when Masomo took it from ABC Supplies.

Vera's employee informs her of that development. Vera has approached you regarding the above situation and would like a legal opinion on the matter. Draft the legal opinion. (15 marks)
