What role do models play in organizational change involving new applications of ICT in an
organization’s operations? Discuss the process of model development and deployment and the
role of ICT in this process.

How have the so-called “electronic revolution” powered by developments in ICT, particularly
the Internet, World Wide Web, and mobile telephony changed the traditional sources of
knowledge as well as formal and informal learning within organizations? What is the case for elearning
in an organizational setting?

QUESTION THREE
Outline and compare the popularly used software development methods and models. What are
the features of agility? Describe one agile development model in detail indicating its phases and
activity flow as well as its advantages and disadvantages.

Describe the history of official ICT policy and strategy in Kenya including recent work to
develop the BPO industry. In your view, what are the gaps in this policy? What are the expected
benefits of developing an ICT industry in Kenya?
