QUESTION ONE
You have been newly hired as the human resource director of Tembo industries which has been going through cost cutting and downsizing as strategies to keep it in business.
a.) Your first task is to develop an appropriate human resource plan to support those strategies. (10 marks)
b.) You are also required to conduct a job analysis for the key jobs in the organization .Describe the forms of information that you would collect from such an exercise. (10 marks)
c.) From the job analysis exercise you discover that the following positions are vacant
i. Financial controller
ii. Administrative assistant
