1. a) Explain any three difficulties you experienced while using the library before you learnt
library skills (9 marks)
b) Advice the following library users on what to do
i. A library user who is looking for a book which he knows is stocked in the library
but he cannot find on the open shelves
ii. A library user who is hoping to loan an information source which is found in the
national collection for at least one week (6 marks)
