2. a) Citing examples, distinguish between Macro-planning and Micro-Planning

development of a country. As a result, Kenya has undertaken various education
reforms since independence in order to ensure that it provides relevant education
to enable it gain a competitive advantage in the global market. Critically analyze
the contribution of education to the socio-economic development of Kenya.

b) Kenya has strived towards achieving the millennium goal of providing Education
