(a) Explain the significant role played by the Babylonian the Greeks, the medo – Persian and
the Romans in ensuring that the world was ready to receive the messiah. (12 Marks)
(b) Explain the fact that the Gospels of Mark and John do not have a genealogical record
whereas the Gospels of Mathew and Luke do. (12 Marks)
