1. (a) Discuss four usages of the concept of Redemption in the Old Testament.

(b) Discuss the usage of the concept of Redemption in the New Testament. (8 marks)

(c) What remains constant in both Old Testament and New Testament usages of
the concept of Retemption? (5 marks)

2. “The shortages of Resources we have today do not reflect a lack of resources but only
distorted and greedy patterns of use”. Respond to this statement from a biblical point
of view. (15 marks)

3. Discuss briefly the redemptive and restorative purposes of the law that God gave to
Moses. (15 marks)

4. Summarize God’s redemptive story as it narrated in both the Old and New Testaments.
(15 marks)

5. “The Kingdom of God is both manifested in the present and its consummation is in
future”. Respond to this statement from a biblical point of view. (15 marks)

6. Discuss briefly the kind of response God expects from a community of believers today
as far as His redemptive plan is concerned. (15 marks)
