QUESTION ONE
(a) Edit the following piece (15 marks)

Allan Wanjala 31 of Malaba, was sentenced on Thursday to 6 years in prison for conspiring to distribute Bhang. Police said during Allan's trial that he was the mastermind of a drug ring that had operated in Malba area for at least NINE Years. Three other alleged ring members have been arrested and charged but not yet tried.
In June, Allan; Jane Ambuga, 28; and John Okumu, all of Malaba, were arrested after they sold 5 kilos of bhang at an undercover officer police. Jackson admitted that he and Jane traveled numerous times to Ugando in Nov & Dec to buy bhang. Allan transported the drugs to Malaba, where he sold them. Both Jane and John are being held at Malaba Police station.
