According to the Age of Majority Act (Cap. 33, Laws of Kenya), state three restrictions given to minors below the age of 18 years. [6marks]

Explain the three Acts that govern the treatment of ā€˜juvenile’ offenders in a court of law when they are waiting for hearing and after his/her sentence. [6marks]
