Self-esteem is the highest of human needs. This is why everyone seems to work towards some sense of admiration upon themselves. Yet honor is among the most difficult things to attract and keep. Two friends, Otieno and Kamau, found themselves arguing about needful things in life. Their conversation would have ended without an argument had Otieno not insisted that money is all one needs to be held in high esteem. “Listen, all that you said is nothing without money, nothing!”, quipped Otieno. “Excuse me”, interjected Kamau, “Don’t you think money only matters if it brings you peace of mind?”. After a moment of reflection, Otieno shouted back “money can buy all that!”, to which Kamau responded with all the calmness he could muster “I know, but money can’t buy peace of mind”.
