EIHER
Assess the strengths and weaknesses of African customary law
OR
Discuss the meaning and nature of African customary law.

The oath is the final determinant of justice in African communities? Discuss the validity of this statement.

SECTION II:

Statutory law is inferior to customary law in protecting the witchcraft believer. Discuss.
5.
Examine the customary laws governing any ONE of the following:

Death burial and inheritance of property
c)
Marriage and divorce

Giving specific examples show the African understanding of Peace and reconciliation.
