Analyse the various interpretations of the term ?Africa? and the challenges there-of.

With concrete illustrations, highlight the reasons behind the continuity and persistence of African indigenous beliefs and practices.

SECTION II

Discuss the factors behind the emergence of either African Instituted Churches (AICs) or New Religious Movements (NRMs).
5.
Based on a specific African community, discuss the view that belief systems are contextually determined.
6.
Outline the major beliefs of a non-indigenous religion prevalent in contemporary Africa and the reasons for attracting adherents.
