What is a modem government? Identify and discuss socio-political and economic issues that remain key challenges to modem governments in Africa.

What would you consider to have been the best practices in African Pre-colonial governments? Use case studies of Buganda Kingdom and the Thoin Nigeria to illustrate your answer.

Discuss political theories of Plato and Karl Marx. ~o they offer the best explanation to the type of governments in independent Africa.
