4. You have recently been appointed assistant reservations manager for Mzalendo Tours and Travel. You have 10 people to supervise. You have found disquieting (disturbing) evidence that all is not well. The output of this department is not as high as you feel it should. Absenteeism in the department is also very high. The same people seem to be absent regularly and often give poor excuses or none at all. Members of this department fall over trivial issues and lack of cooperation impairs efficiency.yuo feel a general air of lethargy (tiredness), if not hostility. How would you handle this situation?
