2. Adequate housing goes beyond the mere provision of a roof over one’s head. Discuss any five factors that constitute adequacy of housing.
3. The poor have a tremendous need for housing in Kenya yet relatively limited funds are directed to them by the private sectors. Discuss five factors that lead to discrimination against the poor by private financial institutions.
