Question One
Entrepreneurs think differently than non-entrepreneurs. Moreover, an entrepreneur in a particular institution my think differently when faced with a different task or decision environment. Given the nature of an entrepreneur’s decision-making environment, discuss the different entrepreneurs thinking. Giving relevant local examples where applicable. (25 Marks)

Question Two

Corporate entrepreneurship is one method of stimulating and then capitalizing on, individuals in an organization who think that something can be done differently and better. Isn’t "Corporate entrepreneurship" an oxymoron then? Discuss in detail the establishment of corporate entrepreneurship in the organization.

Question Three

They are various levels of innovation based on the uniqueness of the idea. Discuss giving relevant examples the different types.

What makes an excellent business plan?

If a business plan is to be used to raise capital, then why would the entrepreneur want to advertise the firm’s major risks by detailing them in the business plan?

What is the purpose of the business plan if the audience is (i) the entrepreneur (ii) An investor, or (c) a Key supplier?

Question Five

Should Kenya government provide grants for young entrepreneurs starting new business? Should the government guarantee loans for small businesses that are missing the necessary track commercial bank loan? What benefit do we as a nation of taxpayers, receive from such grants and loan guarantees?

Question Six

Think of a local company that produces one product and sells it to one group of customers. Advise the entrepreneur of the many growth strategies and the implications of the company growth for the entrepreneur.
