Using appropriate examples, discuss the health implications of rural-urban migration to:

Communities at the places of origin
Communities at the places of destination

Explain how these implications can be best addressed. (25 marks)

Question Eight
Describe the Malthusian population theory and discuss its applicability to communities in Africa. (25 marks)
