Communication is a transactional process which allows people to relate to and to manage their environments. Name the FOUR stages in the order in which they happen for proper environmental management to occur through communication. (30 Marks)

Question Two
The communication model by Aristotle had THREE major components, what were they? Explain the suitability of the model for Aristotle’s objective and the limitations of his model to mass communication today. (20 Marks)

Question Three
Draw a representation of the Osgood and Wilbur Schramm model (1954) and explain how it was a great improvement of the Shannon and Weaver linear communication model. (20 Marks)
