Question 1

Mvuli is a government project initiative aimed at data collection from Kimwa county in Kenya. After three years the government Monitoring and Evaluation Team reports that data from Mvuli project is of very poor quality. a) Describe how you would assess data from Kimwa using the America Health Information Management Association (AHIMA) model. (12marks)

b) Describe any five (5) actions the project manager would undertake to ensure improvement of Quality of data from Kimwa. (10marks)

c) Explain any three (3) consequences the Project managers would encounter if they decided to use the poor Quality data for decision making. (3marks)


Question 2

The ICT villages in Kenya have proposed to have a strong component of e-health. As part of the preparation for the project, you have been contracted to spearhead a team charged with the responsibility of educating e-healthing information providers in the countries as well as the general population.
