(10 marks) b) Explain the remedial powers of the industrial court in cases of wrongful dismissal of an employee. (10 marks)

b) A worker on his way from the work premises got a head injury out of bumping on the pole that had extended from the fence of the company building. He decided to sue the company .Advice the company if the worker is entitled for compensation from the company. (10 marks)
