This award gives recognition on sustained and consistent performance by a single employee or team.
If an individual employee comes up with an innovative idea or a solution he is rewarded with the “master mind” award. In recognition of the effort as part or a team, a reward “feather in my gap” is given. If an employee helps a colleague in need, then the colleague can nominate him for the “Thanks award”. It is given in recognition of the help in bailing the colleague out from difficult situation.
