(b) Discuss the 5 objectives of workers involvement in decision making citing some of the benefits that an organization is likely to reap from the same (10 marks)

(a) Human resource planning is a strategy for acquisition, utilization, improvement and preservation of human resources of an organization. Discuss the relevance in this definition citing its importance and requirements for its success. (15 marks)
