An organization has decided that in order to ensure a proper staff, the organization would have to provide its own training program. The organization has agreed that two staff members from every section should be sent for retraining and then be utilized as in – house trainers.
With everything going as planned those assigned with preparation of the training went ahead with the preparations. However, they had a problem in knowing the best type of training approach to adopt. They suggested that they remove the trainees from the organization for the formal education part of the session. The trainers also agreed to provide actual hands – on experience training.
