Read the following case study and answer the following questions
Ushahidi Enterprises was established three years ago with three departments namely finance, production and human resource department. Yego who has been the managing director has been very supportive to the finance and production department since he was sure of the contribution of the two departments to the organizational performance. Yego has been deliberating with the Board of Directors on doing away with the Human Resource Department.
The argument so far has been no ne seems to be conversant of the contribution of HR to the organization. The Board of Directors has directed Yego to hire HR consultant before making the final decision. You being a HR expert indicate ways of helping Yego and the Board of Directors in the following areas:
