a) Define a contract and give an example of a contract. [3 marks]

b) Explain the three (3) elements of contract law. [10 marks]

c) Giving examples differentiate between expressed and implied terms in a contract.

a) Differentiate between Negligence Torts and Intentional Torts. [10 marks]

b) What do you understand by the term vicarious liability? [10 marks]
