Question One
(i) Briefly discuss the historical development of water supply administration in Kenya
(8 Marks)
(ii) Water supply administration in Kenya is carried out under the Water Act 2002. Discuss with the aid of a diagram the institutional framework provided under the Act giving the roles of each institution. (12 Marks)

Discuss the following water resources management problems and challenges as identified by the National Water Resources Management Strategy in Kenya
