1. a)Describe the principal and subsidiary sources of the law of Kenya

b)Define "hire purchase agreement" and "hire purchase price" as given
in the hire purchase Act. (6 marks)

c)Define defamation and distinguish between its two forms.

d)Discuss implied conditions and warranties in the sale of goods
(4 marks)

e)State and illustrate the essential characteristics of a contract
of sale of goods (6 marks)

f)Discuss the 7 situations under which a valid title can be given
by a person who is not the owner of the goods. (7 marks)

g)Discuss the implied terms in sale of goods under the higher
purchase agreement (10 marks)
