Section A

2. (a) Name and discuss at least five types of wills. [10 Marks]

(b) Name and explain at least two types of properties that are excluded from “the
provision of intestacy” as specified in the law of succession. [5 Marks]

(c) Discuss the circumstances under which gifts may be revoked by courts as
specified by the law of succession CAP 160. [5 Marks]

3. (a) Discuss the preliminaries of marriage as stipulated in The Marriage Act Chapter
150 of the laws of Kenya. [5 Marks]

(b) Discuss punishable offences against children as stipulated in the penal code. (Cap
