1. Aquatic industries Ltd, a manufacturing company in Kisumu dealing in fish products , has decided not to establish human resource management. As an expert, analyze the implications of the company's decision. (25 marks)

2. Masaa Enterprises Ltd, a passenger transport firm in your town, has been experiencing high employee turnover in the past three years. The situation is attributed to the organization's poor recruitment practice. As a specialist, draw an appropriate recruitment plan for the firm. (15 marks)

3. Marashi Bora Ltd, a cosmetic manufacturing company in Busia, has approached you to advise on how they can establish relative worth of jobs in the company. Identify the tools that would form the basis for your advice. (15 marks)

4. Sambi Mjuaji, a trade union official representing BodaBoda operators in Western Kenya, is due to attend a collective bargaining Agreement meeting next month. Prepare a suitable document that Mjuaji can use as a guideline for the meeting. (15 marks)

5. Mr Poa Faniki, a newly hired human resource manager of Dunia Bora Ltd, is required to develop a benefits policy framework for discussion at the next Management meeting. Explain what factors Mr Faniki should consider in this exercise. (15 marks)

6. Tom Magendo, an employee of Matatu Ltd, was summarily dismissed on the strength of Employment Act 2007. Mr Magendo challenged the employer in court where the judgement was made in Mr Magendo's favor. As an expert, justify the basis of the court's ruling.
