(c) What is the role of the following system software in a computer? [4 marks]

(d) Differentiate between;

(i) Word processor and spreadsheet. [2 marks]

(ii) A database management system and a web browser. [2 marks]

(e) Giving examples, explain how ICT can be used to transform instruction and
learning. [4 marks]

(f) Buying information is not the same as buying or selling most other goods. This is because information is; non-rivalrous, has almost zero marginal cost, non-exclusive and does not exhibit high degree of transparency. Briefly explain these four characteristics. [8 marks]

increasingly becoming very successful in Kenya. What do you think will be the role of these innovations in achieving Kenya’s vision 2030. [6 marks]
