Course Overview
Human Resource Management is a strategic approach towards management of the organization’s most valued assets-‘the people.’ This course is primarily concerned with the policies, processes and procedures which make up the Human Resource Management function and which are applied in the management of people in organizations.

Those who wish to pursue the Diploma in Human Resource Management need to meet the following minimum requirements:
- Holders of a KCSE C Minus (KNEC) Certificate
- Holders of Certificate of HRM by KNEC

Duration and Pattern
- The Diploma is divided into 3 Modules and each module is divided into 2 terms each of 3 months. Business Plan will be done in module 1 and Research Project in module 3.

Saturday - 8:30 am – 4.30 pm - Saturday
