1. Wash your face twice daily
To get clear skin it is recommended for you to wash your face two times a day. In the morning after you wake up and when going to sleep. This washes off dirt and bacterial that get onto your face at night and during the day. You can use water only which should be clean or use a face wash foam that works best for you.

2. Avoid touching your face.
Your hands come into contact with many objects that may contain bacteria which is harmful to your face. You need to minimize touching your face with your hands to improve your face skin health. If you cannot keep your hands off your face then it is always good to clean your hands before touching your face.

3. Exfoliate your face
Exfoliating your skin is one of the ways to get clearer skin on your face. Exfoliation removes dead skin cells revealing the brighter and younger skin. There are a lot of exfoliation products in the market from different companies. You will need to test different of them before you can settle on the one that works for you. This is because every skin responds differently to the exfoliating products.

4. Eat healthily and drink more water.
Eating good and healthy food not forgetting to drink enough water is one of the sure ways to get your skin clear. What do I mean by healthy foods? Healthy foods are the less processed food that come with a lot of vitamins such as Vitamin C which plays a major role in making your skin clear. An adult human being is recommended to take at least eight cups of water in a day. Water aids the removal of toxins from the body thus leaving your body

healthy and as long as your internal organs are working properly your skin won’t have any complications.

5. Apply sunscreen
Your face is always hit by direct sun rays which might be harmful to your health. Sunrays can result in faster aging and wrinkles on your face which can kill your confidence as well as your looks. It is therefore recommended to apply sunscreen whenever you walk out to the sun. sunscreen blocks the harmful rays from reaching your face and therefore reducing the faster aging of your skin.

6. Sleep enough
Getting quality sleep is good for your body and your overall body. It is recommended that an adult should get 7-8 hours of quality sleep. Quality sleep can reduce stress and improve your skin appearance. Quality sleep can improve your performance in other areas of life as well. Therefore, it is a general rule you get enough sleep.

7. Reduce stress.
Stress can result in skin conditions such as acne breakouts as several studies have found a connection between stress and acne breakouts. There are several ways you can eliminate or reduce stress.
Meditating on a daily basis.
Doing yoga or stretching exercises
Exercising for at least 30 minutes a day.
