(b) Paint evidence is frequently encountered in hit-and run cases, on tools used by burglars, and occasionally in other types of cases. Discuss the importance of paint in hit and run cases. [10 Marks]

5. Discuss the laws and procedures of presenting evidence in Kenya today. [20 Marks]
