1.Susan, Mabel and Doris wish to carry on business as caterers. They all intend to take part in the management of the business but would like to avoid personal liability for its debts.They anxious that the affairs of the business and the arrangements between themselves should be kept secret as far as possible and would like to be able to transfer their respective interests in the business without difficulty.
